Clearer skies prevailed today, as wind shifted things around a bit, giving us some reprieve, while ash fell in particles of dust up to chunks.
As the day lingered on, the sun slipped behind cover, giving a premature darkness to the evening.
Locals toiled around their houses, repairing roofs, mowing lawns, & lettings cats out for grass-feeding. Meals were enjoyed, fights are on television, & shorts season plods on.
Many things to be grateful for.
