Seattle extended their lead in the 5th inning after homerun-gure Cal Raleigh added another to his tender, bringing the M’s up 3-1, giving fans hope of making our first World Series. However, Toronto’s talented Blue Jays rallied their way back, getting a 4-3 lead going into the 9th, where Seattle went out swinging on a full-count w/ 2 outs, ending their most excellent season, applaudably.
The Blue Jays take on LA’s Dodgers, who swept their NLCS opponents swiftly, so good luck. A big weekend for Canada.
Note: The Dodgers won last year’s chip. 👀
