Locals stopped by the Post Office today to receive some anticipated packages, including 2 sets of mangas & Book of Mormon. Later, people were sharing images of the aurora, which was widely seen the night prior, so this duly author put down his new book & drove out to the canyons where he saw… clouds.
After cruising up Skyline Drive to continue on past the occupied lookout, area man hangs a left & motors a ways up hilly roads until a choice pullover is presented.
Even w/ new iPhones & fancy camera technology, the sky looked ‘regular.’
Amazing how faint, dark receding light becomes like day w/ modern software & imaging capabilities.
After, home was returned to, w/ the book being finished, sites being updated, & Minecraft firing up.
