If you wake up w/ acute muscle tightness in parts of the back making it difficult to breathe & move about, especially w/ intended bowling planned for the later evening, a solid remedy CAN be to give it a good stretch, get some rest, drink water, & perhaps an ibuprofen for peace of mind if it comes to that.

Then, once bowling is completed w/ minimal issues (thank goodness), one can take account of their leisurely posture & notice where causes may have created effects.

When internet searching symptoms, & seeing frightsome possibilities, if they all seem “off,” then for sure doubly consider resorting to this strategy, rather than panicking or rushing to risky medical intervention.

Fortunately, this method resulted in next day curation. 🙏

It’s important to be in tune w/ your body & honest w/ psychosomatic possibilities. Learn to turn inward & recognize the signals & address them.
