Locals wake up & get right to it, as the weekend rounds into another close; w/ families meeting for breakfast; choosing, cutting & installing boards in kitchens; letting the cat outside for grass eating; enjoying espresso; & parting ways while NFL playoff games play away. 🏈 Weather provided stratus (overcast) clouds w/ blotches of cumulus (fluffy comers & goers) & nimbus (rain-filled) making their pass, temps a few degrees above freezing, causing soils to loosen & ornaments to tip, & likely trees & various other things. Restaurants were bustling w/ large tables & smooth-running kitchens, handling double-digit open menu counts & impressive order rushes, keeping people satisfied & attitudes great. The evening brings a quick turnaround w/ regularly scheduled work in the morning. 🙌
Churches in town were reportedly filling pews as rock bands spirited congregations, hands to the heavens, praising God. Where people find community, satisfaction, & harmony, one can be glad, whether going oneself or merely second-hand accounts. Goodness is a good thing for goodness’ sake.
