Happy birthday, Martin. We celebrate this federally-recognized holiday w/ a gratuitous day off from work, a prize for multi-jobbers, who track the weather for hiking opportunity as the morning approaches noon, hovering around freezing here in the valley, certainly at elevation.
The Pinnacles may be the jaunt locale of choice, to be determined…
UPDATE:
First attempt at Pinnacles resulted in closure, so onto the next.
Made it to Leavenworth’s riverfront for a brief stone-skip, then back to the truck & homeward.
A quick stop at that Broadview trail landed another block, so truly homeward.
Back to programming, w/ sweets.
