Locals arrived at work this fine morning, clocking in w/ gusto, as time wiled away staying busy, filling orders & keeping at it, as requests for shift extensions were replied in the affirmative, pushing cook through dinner & on toward Happy Hour, being set free as necessity finally allowed, & thank goodness! The events of the day were outside purview, pretty much focused on food, & most notable is the early release of former UFC Heavyweight Champion Cain Velasquez from prison. Hallelujah!
One can be proud of themselves when working hard, staying efficient & helpful & ensuring success is had. TEAMWORK.
Español was spoken, w/ fluency increasing & conversations becoming easier, especially for someone who likes to talk about keen ideas w/ people, & will make attempts to explain profound concepts using available words, or pantomime (or use Google Translate) until we ascertain the point. 👍 Ultimately, lots of laughs & camaraderie, as hourly associates earn their living. 👨🍳
