The morning started early for hockey fans, as USA took Olympic gold against a formidable Canadian squad. Later sleepers like myself rolled outta bed after its conclusion, picking up family & heading into town for breakfast, a splendid & tasty (& caffeinated) venture, followed by visiting w/ espresso, hanging w/ the feline, & eventually making my way home to get ready for a scheduled shift, which went smoothly.
Opportunities for helpful, useful, & productive conversations took place w/ various people, mending wounds & alleviating occurrent chaos, making glad for being in the right place at the right time. 🙌
More than ever positivity proves to be the best medicine & a worthwhile focus.
