A promising & productive day greeted us, w/ locals getting to work, making upgrades & keeping at it! Plentiful sunshine & banked vacation hours allowed early leave, w/ trajectory mountainward the goal. Hikes were made, returning satisfied to the apartment, standing by before gladly accepted invite for motherly home-cooked meals was departed for, filling stomachs & souls w/ food made w/ love (& lots of skill). Conversation was had, before returning home for website updating & night-closing video games.
Opening day of MLB pitted the New York Yankees against the San Francisco Giants, giving the former the first W of 2026. ⚾️
