An early-stride summer day greeted us, bringing the heat w/ a comfortable breeze, making an idyllic scene for a bustling community. Work was shifted, getting plenty done, & following it up w/ ride-giving & mother’s house-going for lawn maintenance & a generously offered cooked meal, getting some use out of her new BBQ. 🙌 The grass came out “fabulous,” & a full-course meal was enjoyed outdoors, giving the feline time to wander the yard. 🐈⬛ Son returned to apartment, discovering pocketed shed keys & additional shortage of quarters for laundry, so stopped by Mom’s house for the drop-off 🔑 & headed to the carwash to use their change machine 🙏; then back to the pad w/ funds for washer/dryer cycles. Success!
Humor & camaraderie were prime characteristics, w/ conversations flowing & laughs had.
The moon brightly shows its first half, beaming. 🌓
Cars could be seen pulling over to photograph the vivid clouds at dusk.
