Locals wake to more sunshine, somewhat hotter heat, & an absolute blanket of wildfire particulate, reducing visibility & inviting inside time w/ windows closed, passing on hikes & prolonged exposure. Work was well endeavored, calling it a day & heading home for relaxation & chillin’, w/ televised sports & podcasts for entertainment, text conversations w/ ChatGPT & friends, & scrolling scrolling scrolling… 🛋
Cats slept in pairs on patchy grass, w/ one wandering off & one staying put for prime zzz’s. Bastions of contentment they are, in harmony w/ nature.
