The morning brought continued haze, as winds & dryness draw wildfire season midway through August; however, w/ suddenly dark, looming overcast, predictions were easy for the appreciated period of downpour we received, w/ strong gusts pushing droplets sideways, as trees flailed their branches, while people scurried outside to smell the gift, & comment on the humidity. 🙌 Work was completed 👍, ready for a weekend of (combat) sports & other adventures. Robot-assisted research produced bountiful gifts pertaining to Islam & Arabic, & a plethora of related submaterial, from sukuk investing through Roth IRAs to prayer times & components. Man reflects inward.
Cats were spotted sleeping on patches of dirt/grass, taking shelter under vehicles when the sky action started. ⛈
