The day brought considerable heat, variant smoke, & scheduled work, w/ lunch break opportuning a stop at a food truck, as word was given yesterday, w/ well-made tamales delighting the tastebuds & satiating hunger. 🙌 Mothers invited sons over for dinner, catching up on lives since last conversating, putting dishes away & heading outdoors for lawnchair chats, supervising an increasingly feisty cat running to-&-fro, up & and down trees, & finally let back inside, to occupy the window while stories carried on. The moon rose in hazy orange, forming a crescent as its solar interplay put on a show. As night progresses, it moves toward the meridian as skies clear, displaying its usual silvery color, fullness partially occulted. Apartments are reoccupied, updating sites before winding down.
Prayer & sleep schedules put the idea of grabbing the big camera in check, acknowledging the lapse since the previous telescopic session. 🌙
