The day brought continued sunshine & blue skies, w/ minimal if any haze from wildfires. 🙌 Man wakes up early for prayer, Arabic studies, & coffee, before heading to the job for productive after-it-getting. Lunch brought an excursion to the Post Office for sweatshirt retrieval, followed by taco truck tamale purchasing. Yum! Podcasts & conversation occupied the brain for the remainder of the shift, then to home for brief Power Slap tuning before heading to invited dinner at Mom’s house. Delicious meals were eaten, followed by dessert, all the while chatting about current events & interests. Goodbye was said, jaunting back to the apartment for news-posting & winding down.
Social media stands as a fresh reminder that anti-Islamic propaganda is rife, w/ recent convert seeing it for what it is: fear-mongering & narrative control — too much money to be made in gambling, drugs, tobacco, alcohol, pork, etc. 🙄 Five daily prayers focused on God & peace & righteousness insulate from ignorance, acknowledging past gullibility & errors. 🙏
