The valley was greeted by a crispy cool fall morning, w/ dampness on the ground & overcast mingling w/ controlled burn smoke. Locals went to work, staying well & busy, consuming audiobooks for in-ear entertainment. Afterward, the kitten was allowed access to the greater apartment (usually confined to bathroom while gone) while owner jaunted to mother’s house for a guest-prepared meal, acquainting & getting to know & having a generally great time. Returning home, feline proved trustworthy, as she seemingly spent the duration under the couch, & is currently immersed in play, contented.
Football was on TV during the evening, keeping fantasy managers watching stats & competing for high scores. 🏈
