Driving Wenatchee’s mountains

In celebration of a Whole Day Off, free from work, local man fills his tank & hits the hills, cruising up first to Mission Ridge, seeing snow in shady pockets among patches, w/ the sun shining bright.

Pulling over, he whipped out his DSLR for some manual photography practice, achieving a few…

He then descended the mountain, coasting much, then heading up Wenatchee Heights.

After, he harkened his way over to Badger Mountain for some plateauic scenes.

He followed the road all the way to Waterville, where people strolled about, downtown, & lavender could be seen throughout the hillsides, basking.

Tracking the other way down the mountain, he left Waterville, cruising the Orondo-side Highway back to Wenatchee, where he then cleaned the beast [practically guaranteeing rain, sorry for that/you’re welcome].

What a day! Family is well, birds are chirpin’, cats are purring, & motorcycles are hummin’, people are out & we are in home-stretch Gemini->Cancer [peak summer, solstice]. 🙌
