Really good practice: if hurting back, or tweaking just-slightly, enough to feel “oof,” a good exercise is to lie down [a bed works], spread out [as needed], & begin gently twisting & turning your body [as needed/feels good/right], called Horizontal yoga, as you’re moving in that way just sideways, giving your back support & allowing you to target exact spots, deep in your back, spine, butt, legs, etc… It may look funny, perhaps shut a door if you’re embarrassed. 😂 It works good.
Stretching, isolating, & focusing on are good principles in healing, getting right to the cause & seeing what’s there, being intuitive, trusting your gut/instinct & seeing where it leads you… Being safe, practicing carefully.
Back pain is debilitating, & I tweaked mine good the evening prior to moving [solo], which was cause for acute action, to which I went to room & began stretching & looking for it… After about 30 minutes, I felt good, & moved just fine the following day w/ gusto. 👍 Credit to any help I received, thank you so much.
So if you have back pain, a good practice is to lay down & begin stretching it out, trying to find the tenderness… Approach w/ love, look for God in your life & bless everything you can.
