Woke up the morning of July 6, 2025 in a cozy pulloff amid the Olympic National Forest 🙏, after batting 0 on intended parking & nearby viables (so went driving south w/ great hope, found it), & after teeth-brushing & then door-washing (lol) I rolled off, back toward Kalaloch Beach or something the like. (note: spitting toothpaste out a window is a risky move, & if practiced, should use a long arc rather than steep fall-off ☝️)
Road view. Saw 1 car passing. 🙏
My little nestlespot for a few hours for a necessary rest, in truck, “sleep” 🙏
Pulloff for texting, noticeable bug carnage, actually a good idea to clean ASAP as it’s dangerous. 😎 6:11 am
Made it to a Kalaloch beach, grabbing zoomy cam & heading down, great way to start the morning.

Mt. Index on the way home along Steven’s Pass.
Absolutely essential carwash after the insect-barraging journey, pleased & satisfied & thankful to have had the experience. 🙏
