A patch of blue sky could be seen throughout the day, as winds pushed the fog of smoke eastward, reminding us of the beautiful weather lurking behind the haze.
Streets & buildings had a noticeable yellow tint, which was even more wild when reflections of the patchy blue skies radiated off the cars creating a stunning effect, like neon beams in a yellow tunnel.
The sun could barely be detected until you looked right at it, seeing the violet orb heavily obscured, until just minutes later it had completely vanished.
A wicked purple could be seen to the south, w/ just spectacular sights to catch.
