Washington State braces for massive water surging as rivers overflow from sudden & rapid mountain snowmelt, producing submerged houses, underwater neighborhoods, closed bridges & highways, avalanches, high winds… Whew!
Wenatchee has been spared extreme damage so far, w/ startlingly warm weather & blue skies while the Columbia is still behaving on our turf… 🙏
One can hope & pray for quick & effective subsiding & adequate shelter, & thank our local firemen for deploying to emergency zones where help has been requested.
