The day brought haze-covered sunshine, w/ nearby fires sending their toll this way. Prayers for those affected. 🙏 Work was attended, staying busy & useful, keeping lawns tidy & machines productive; afterward jaunting home for full-evening leisure, complete w/ clothes-washing & couch occupying, happy & content, building for now & the future. A striking red orb faded into obscurity, taking its light w/ it & handing the torch to a gray, ash-foggy night.
