A peaceful, easy morning greeted the valley, w/ a surprise rain shower coming & going, followed by plentiful heat & of course wildfire smoke. Prayers were conducted, coffee & tea were sipped, & the truck was taken to get fluids topped off & tire pressure checked, then to the barber for ear-lowering w/ bonus conversation. 🙌 Auto washes were driven through, getting a good interior vacuum & detailing, then a full tank of gas, & back home. Need for exercise prompted a jaunt to the river, noticing the card expo taking place at the Convention Center, apparently packed! Paddle boarding was postponed for clearer air, & couches were occupied for maximum combat sports viewership, w/ UFC, RAF, PFL, & boxing delighting enthusiasts for a 7 hour stretch, w/ big names & joyous moments. The Mariners pulled off a game-winning homerun finish in baseball land. ⚾️ Nicely done!
Dinner was purchased at a restaurant, dropping $35 on a single to-go entree. 👀 Delicious, thankfully, however spendy.
Diatribes against interruptive advertising begin overflowing, sparking real anger from repeated exposure. 2026 & this is a key bane of my existence. HOLD ON REAL QUICK STOP WHAT YOU WERE DOING & CONSIDER BUYING THIS. Mute. 🙈
