Restaurant breakfast, NFL, Future Authoring, work

The day started w/ the first-light alarm, gently nudging local man out of bed at a seasonal 5:41am, performing Fajr prayer, then back to sleep until ready to get up. Coffee was enjoyed while reviewing app & book sales (none), making some approach changes, then locking in for some prompted writing, detailing out goals & plans to achieve them. 👍 Football kicked off, w/ Red Zone the command center to follow the action, watching fantasy team get walloped (so it goes) after talking some friendly smack (ouch!). Son drove across town to pick up mother & headed to McGlinn’s, beating the lunch menu by less than 30 minutes, chatting over french toast & (I think she got the Southwest Scramble), w/ caffeinated beverages topped off. ☕️ Her house was returned to for further conversation, rain-checking mowing, letting the cat out to roam the yard before retreating indoors for espresso & televised sports, then saying goodbye. The Seahawks took on the rival 49ers, as scheduled shifts were endeavored in a busy restaurant, cooking & speaking Spanish plentifully. 👨‍🍳 Once completed, apartments were reoccupied for hot chocolate, website updates, & winding down. 🙌 Excellent weekend!

Fall reminds us summer has indeed ended w/ temperatures dropping to sweatshirt & pants levels, w/ impressive silver-lined clouds adorning the sky.
